Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.211 per share, or $2.532 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2105.

The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on April 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2017.
