• Total revenue of $80.9 million increased 4.4% on a reported basis and 11.2% on a constant currency basis(1) excluding the benefit of incremental revenue attributable to the extra week in Fiscal 2015.
• GAAP net income was $7.7 million, or $0.27 per diluted share.
• Adjusted net income(2) was $8.0 million, or $0.28 per diluted share.
• U.S. comparable restaurant sales decreased 1.0%.
