Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.25; 2.9% Yield

Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 20, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
