Highwoods Properties (HIW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.5% to $0.44; 3.5% Yield

Highwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.425.

The dividend will be payable on March 7, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
