Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) Declares $0.11 Monthly Dividend; 6.5% Yield

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $1.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 24, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of January 27, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
