PNM Resources (NYSE: PNM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2425 per share, or $0.97 annualized. This is a 10.2% increase from the prior dividend of $.22.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 23, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of January 19, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
