ReneSola (SOL) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c; Issues Light Q4 Revenue Outlook

ReneSola (NYSE: SOL) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.20), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.87 billion versus the consensus estimate of $200.9 million.

• Total external module shipments were 191.2 MW while module shipments to the Company's downstream projects were approximately 6.1 MW;
• Total external wafer shipments were 290.5 MW compared with 423.3 MW in Q2 2016 and 341.6 MW in Q3 2015;

GUIDANCE:

ReneSola sees Q4 2016 revenue of $220 - $240 million, versus the consensus of $246.7 million.
