Xenia Hotels (NYSE: XHR) reported Q3 FFO of $0.57, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $233.95 million versus the consensus estimate of $232.24 million.

GUIDANCE:

Xenia Hotels sees FY2016 FFO of $2.14 - $2.19, versus prior guidance of $2.17 - $2.25 and the consensus of $2.21.
