ALLETE, Inc. (ALE) Posts Q3 GAAP EPS of 81c

ALLETE, Inc. (NYSE: ALE) reported Q3 EPS of $0.81, which may not compare with the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $349.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $442 million.

Results for the third quarter of 2016 include an $8.8 million after-tax, or 18 cents per share, adverse impact for the regulatory outcome of an October 18, 2016, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (MPUC) hearing on the allocation of North Dakota investment tax credits.
