Gramercy Property Trust (GPT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 13.6% to $0.125; 5.5% Yield

Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized. This is a 13.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
