Education Realty Trust (EDR) Misses Q3 FFO by 2c

Education Realty Trust (NYSE: EDR) reported Q3 FFO of $0.26, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.23 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.09 million.

Reaffirmed 2016 guidance, including diluted earnings per share in the range of $0.77 to $0.80 and Core FFO per share/unit in the range of $1.73 to $1.79;
