Zions Bancorp (ZION) Declares $0.08 Quarterly Dividend; 1% Yield

Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 23, 2016, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of November 14, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.

The board of directors also declared regular quarterly cash dividends on the company's various perpetual preferred shares. The cash dividend on the Series A, F, G, H and I shares are payable December 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2016, while the cash dividend on the Series J is payable on March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2017.
