Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) reported Q3 FFO of $0.36, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $42.22 million.

GUIDANCE:

Acadia Realty Trust sees FY2016 FFO of $1.52-$1.56, versus prior guidance of $1.52-$1.60.
