LTC Properties (LTC) Raises Monthly Dividend 5.6% to $0.190; 4.4% Yield

LTC Properties (NYSE: LTC) declared a monthly dividend of $0.190 per share, or $2.28 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on October 21, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of October 19, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
