Hibbett Sports (HIBB) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c; Tightens FY16 EPS Outlook

Hibbett Sports (NASDAQ: HIBB) reported Q2 EPS of $0.29, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $206.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $208.98 million.

Comparable store sales increased 0.8%.

GUIDANCE:

Hibbett Sports sees FY2017 EPS of $2.93-$3.02, versus prior guidance of $2.90-$3.04 and the consensus of $2.98.
