ITC Holdings (NYSE: ITC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2155 per share, or $0.862 annualized. This is a 14.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1875.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2016.
