Nordson Corp. (NASDAQ: NDSN) declared an annual dividend of $0.27 per share, or $0.27 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on September 6, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 23, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 19, 2016.
