MSC Industrial (NYSE: MSM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 26, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 8, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
