MaxPoint Interactive (MXPT) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c, Offers Q2 & FY Guidance

MaxPoint Interactive (NASDAQ: MXPT) reported Q1 EPS of ($1.48), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.51). Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $17.64 million.

GUIDANCE:

MaxPoint Interactive sees Q2 2016 revenue of $22-24 million, versus the consensus of $22.93 million.

• Adjusted EBITDA1 for the second quarter ending June 30, 2016 is expected to be between $(3.5) million and $(2.5) million.

MaxPoint Interactive sees FY2016 revenue of $93-97 million, versus the consensus of $93.33 million.

• Adjusted EBITDA1 for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016 is expected to be between $(9.5) million and $(7.5) million.
