Constellium N.V. (CSTM) Misses Q1 EPS by 16c

Constellium N.V. (NYSE: CSTM) reported Q1 EPS of (EUR0.05), EUR0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of EUR0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at EUR1.18 billion versus the consensus estimate of EUR1.24 billion.

First quarter 2016 shipments were 362k metric tons, a decrease of 5% from Q1 2015. Adjusted EBITDA per metric ton for the first quarter 2016 remained stable at €255 per ton for the group.
