Lennox Int'l (NYSE: LII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized. This is a 19.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.36.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.
