American Water Works (AWK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.3% to $0.375; 2.2% Yield

American Water Works (NYSE: AWK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized. This is a 10.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.34.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 5, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
