Universal Forest Products (NASDAQ: UFPI) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.42 per share, or $0.84 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
