Landstar System (LSTR) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c, Offers Q2 Guidance

Landstar System (NASDAQ: LSTR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.69, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $711.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $719.11 million.

GUIDANCE:

Landstar System sees Q2 2016 EPS of $0.80-$0.85, versus the consensus of $0.84. Landstar System sees Q2 2016 revenue of $770-820 million, versus the consensus of $809.59 million.
