Antero Midstream Partners (NYSE: AM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per share, or $0.94 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on May 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2016.
