Moody’s Corp. (MCO) Declares $0.37 Quarterly Dividend; 1.6% Yield

Moody’s Corp. (NYSE: MCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 20, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 18, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
