Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) Raises Monthly Dividend 10% to $0.11; 6.6% Yield

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on April 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.6 percent.
