Bluerock Residential Growth REIT (NYSE: BRG) reported Q4 adjusted FFO of $0.21, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $12.42 million.

AFFO in the same period last year was $0.19.
