Nextera Energy (NEE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 13% to $0.87; 3.1% Yield

Nextera Energy (NYSE: NEE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.87 per share, or $3.48 annualized. This is a 13% increase from the prior dividend of $0.77.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 26, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 24, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
