Ownes & Minor (NYSE: OMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share, or $1.02 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2525.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2016.
