WGL Holdings (NYSE: WGL) declared an annual dividend of $0.4875 per share, or $0.4875 annualized. This is a 5.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.4625.

The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 6, 2016.
