HCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.575 per share, or $2.3 annualized. This is a 1.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.565.

The dividend will be payable on February 23, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 4, 2016.
