Chicopee Bancorp (NASDAQ: CBNK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on February 20, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 6, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 3, 2016.
