Fidelity Sourthern (LION) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.12; 2.8% Yield

Fidelity Sourthern (NASDAQ: LION) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
