South State Corp. (NASDAQ: SSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.
The dividend will be payable on February 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
