Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.191 per share, or $2.292 annualized. This is a 0.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1905.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
