UPDATE: Tyco International (TYC) Reports In-Line Q4 EPS; Issues Light Q1 Outlook

Tyco International (NYSE: TYC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.61, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.51 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.55 billion.

Tyco International sees FY2015 EPS of $2.05 - $2.20, versus the consensus of $2.24. Revenue is seen at $9.65 - $9.85 billion, versus estimates at $10.1 billion.

Tyco International sees Q1 2016 EPS of $0.40, versus the consensus of $0.48. Revenue is expected to be about $2.3 billion, with the consensus at $2.43 billion.
