Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.2% to $0.25; 3.1% Yield

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
