DCT Industrial Trust (DCT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.6% to $0.29; 3.2% Yield

DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 3.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on January 7, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 24, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 22, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
