Azure Midstream Partners (AZUR) Post Q3 Loss of $216.4M on Goodwill Impairment

Azure Midstream Partners (NYSE: AZUR) reported Q3 EPS of ($9.94), which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.20. The Partnership recognized a net loss of ($216.4) million for the quarter, due in large part to the goodwill impairment. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.97 million.
