Shenandoah Telecom Co (NASDAQ: SHEN) declared an annual dividend of $0.48 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 2.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.47.

The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 3, 2015.
