Tower International, Inc. (TOWR) Initiates Qtr. Dividend at 10c/Share; Yields 1.5%

Tower International, Inc. (NYSE: TOWR) has initiated a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 6, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

"Initiating a regular dividend for our shareholders is another important milestone achievement for Tower, further demonstrating our confidence in the Company's cash flow, earnings, and growth prospects," said President and CEO Mark Malcolm.
