Value Line (NASDAQ: VALU) reported Q1 EPS of $0.22, versus $0.21 reported last year.

Total product line circulation at July 31, 2015 was 8.5% above total product line circulation at July 31, 2014. During the three months ended July 31, 2015 there were 9,803,734 average common shares outstanding as compared to 9,815,175 average common shares outstanding during the three months ended July 31, 2014. Income from operations of $959,000 for the three months ended July 31, 2015 which included additional depreciation and amortization expense of $104,000 compared to income from operations of $1,062,000 for the three months ended July 31, 2014.
