Ladder Capital (LADR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.275; 7.1% Yield

Ladder Capital (NYSE: LADR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 8, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.
