Getty Realty (NYSE: GTY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 8, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 24, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 22, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
