NiSource (NYSE: NI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share, or $0.62 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on November 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 28, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
