Post Properties (NYSE: PPS) reported Q2 FFO of $0.74, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $95.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $94.91 million.
Post Properties sees FY2015 FFO of $2.90-$2.96, versus prior guidance of $2.85-$2.95 and the consensus of $2.92.
