Southcross Energy Partners (NYSE: SXE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15.5 percent.
