Nevsun Resources (NSU) Misses Q2 EPS by 3c

Nevsun Resources (NYSE: NSU) reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $104.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.83 million.

  • Generated $58 million cash from operating activities
  • Working capital of $499 million, including $452 million of cash
  • Produced 32.4 million pounds of copper

  • Continued zinc expansion project – on-time and on-budget
