CBOE Holdings (CBOE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.5% to $0.23; 1.5% Yield

CBOE Holdings (NASDAQ: CBOE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized. This is a 9.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.

The dividend will be payable on September 18, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 2, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

"The quarterly dividend increase reflects our long-term commitment to enhancing shareholder value," said CBOE Holdings Chief Executive Officer Edward T. Tilly, noting that CBOE has increased its dividend every year since 2010. "We continue to invest in strategic growth opportunities, while our strong cash flow allows us to return capital to shareholders."
